In this episode of BoatTechTV we look at sailboat propeller anodes. This often overlooked part of a propeller is so important in keeping the propeller corrosion free. If the anodes are not used the propeller will deteriorate into an irreversible state which for bronze propellers can result in the zinc being removed from the propeller and it becoming brittle.
