Docking a boat with a joystick system is about as simple as it gets. Whichever way you turn or push the joystick, the boat follows. Optimus is one of the joystick systems for outboard engines, and we had the chance to jump on a Sportsman 312 center console rigged with twin Yamaha 300 HP outboards and the Optimus system, at Hawk's Cay this winter.
