While doing yoga on the boat was not always appealing, the islands offered ample opportunity to practice in the most inspiring settings. So, here's a little yoga compilation featuring some of the beautiful backdrops from our Caribbean sailing adventure. We traveled to 48 islands in 12 (loosely defined) countries, all thanks to our trusty, Baby Blue.
