BMW E90 ticking sound - 3 minute fix test

Saw some videos that showed you could fix the lifter clicking on the BMW 325i E90 by running at high revs for a period of time. I tried the 3000rpm for 3 minute trick. Seems to have a bit less tick but still sounds like noisy lifters.
