**NOW SOLD** Iolani is a 2000 model Beneteau Oceanis 361 that is now exclusively listed for sale with Yoti and is currently lying at the Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club in Pittwater. http://www.yoti.com.au/listing/beneteau-oceanis-361-iolani Iolani is the twin cabin version of these ever-popular cruising yachts and down below she presents extremely well. The large and comfortable dinette with settee opposite can seat a multitude if guests and the practical U-shaped galley is a safe place for preparing meals in any seaway. Opposite the galley we find the fully enclosed head/shower compartment the size of which would normally be found in much larger yachts, and one that incorporates a separate shower stall with teak seat. The toilet is electric flush. Iolani also has a dedicated front facing nav station. Up on deck, the large and practical teak lined cockpit has direct walk through access to the sugar scoop stern which incorporates a big fold down swim ladder for ease of access to the water on those warm summer days spent out on the water.
