**NOW SOLD ** Soul Mate is a Beneteau First 405. Being a First, this is a cruiser built with performance in mind. Designed by Jean Berret and launched in 1989, Soul Mate has beautiful lines with her raked bow and swept back transom. This is a two cabin layout with V berth forward with private ensuite and a huge aft cabin with second head and shower. The saloon is spacious, comfortable and practical with large folding dining table. The galley to port is substantial with large fridge and updated stove and oven. There is a dedicated nav station / desk to starboard. Soul Mate has enjoyed significant recent maintenance and updating. All cockpit teak seating was replaced new in 2017. She has recently been anti-fouled (Feb 2023) and engine serviced (Nov 2022). Many systems have been significantly serviced or replaced – windlass motor, hot water system, toilets, auto-pilot (new 2021), most sea-cocks, and keel bolts (keel bolts new Feb 2023). The shaft drive Perkins engine has enjoyed regular and professional maintenance. It’s centrally mounted which gives excellent access.
