Balance 526 Build Series: Episode 2 - First Phase Construction

Join us at our factory in St. Francis to see the molding of the Balance 526. The build process kicks off with the construction of the hulls, roof, Foredeck and all the main components of the boat. All the smaller components are built during this initial phase as well. Balance cats are built with a combination of resin infusion and vacuum bagged techniques. We use only foam composite bulkheads and foam cores.
