She began her career in 1987 as Special Events Coordinator for Broward Marine, where she managed major international yacht shows and created the iconic annual Broward Rendezvous, which became one of the industry’s most celebrated events. Debra later transitioned into charter brokerage and yacht management, joining Fraser in 1997 and bringing several prominent charter yachts with her. Known for her hands-on approach, she personally inspects every yacht she represents and travels year-round to visit vessels, meet crew, and attend international charter shows across Europe and the Caribbean. Guided by genuine Southern hospitality, Debra builds lasting relationships with clients and crew alike and is a respected member of MYBA, FYBA, and AYCA.
