A First and a New Record

When Swiss sailor Justine Mettraux crossed the Vendée Globe finishing line she was the first non-French competitor in the fleet and the first female sailor in the race. She had also set a new solo record as the fastest female around the planet ?beating Clarisse Crémer's record set in 2021 by 12 days
