75 Hard – Day 30: Discipline Starts Working For You

DAY 30 of 75 HARD and something has changed… This challenge is no longer feeling like something I HAVE to do… it’s becoming something I genuinely WANT to do. Today started with a 48-minute workout: 💪 Resistance bands 🔥 10-minute battle rope burnout 🚶‍♂️ 58-minute fast walk 💧 3 litres of water already down this morning 🦵 Knee swelling finally improving The battle ropes are becoming one of my favourite workouts, although poor Jen’s arms were shaking so much afterwards she struggled opening a carton 😂 The biggest lesson from Day 30? Discipline eventually starts working FOR you. You stop negotiating. You stop making excuses. You just become the person who does the work. Thanks for following the journey everyone.
