5] Hoorn & Volendam on the Markenmeer, The Netherlands | Sailing Mutiny

In this episode we go and explore Hoorn and find out about it?s fascinating history before having an eventful sail on the Markenmeer en route to Volendam. We borrowed some bikes and headed into town to explore. Whilst staying at Marina Volendam we also checked out the local windmill before heading back along the canal system to Ijmuiden and the North Sea! Join us next time we head out into the North Sea again and face our first time alone in open water! We are heading south to find some warmer weather! We?re a youngish couple originally from the UK that decided that life was too short after we had to deal with some tough and difficult times. So, we followed our dreams and bought a boat to go and see a bit more of our world.
