$450,000 Yacht Tour [Nautitech 40 Open] Learning the Lines

The Nautitech 40 Open was certainly a pleasant surprise to me. I really didn't think I'd end up liking it as much as I did, but you can't deny that this is a well-designed, livable, cruising catamaran with the ability to perform. It may as well be the perfect 40' cat on the market today for most people because it's a great compromise between performance and comfort. This was the 4 cabin, two head charter version, however the 3 cabin, two head owner's version may as well be perfect for a cruising couple or family. At some point I want to take this boat for a test sail to see how well she sails first hand. What do you think?
