36 hours OFFSHORE - Our FIRST OVERNIGHT sail | Sailing Talia Ep. 14

Well this is it, after only three months of coastal sailing and short island hoping around Spain the time has come for us to make our first big offshore sail to Sardinia in Italy on our way to Talia’s winter berth in Sicily. In this episode you will watch us struggle with seasickness for the very first time, rough seas and variable winds on our 200 mile journey from Menorca to Sardinia. I have to admit, there were times in this crossing where I had visions of selling the boat as soon as we made landfall, it was a gruelling experience for both of us. Now having reflected on the experience and lessons learnt we are even more pumped to keep moving! Enjoy the ride guys!
