While a TP52 set a new record for the 170-mile Bunbury and Return Race on Australia's west coast, the real race was between a competitive group of IRC 40 foots fighting for second. UK Sailmakers Fremantle's Geoff Bishop sailed his King 40 CHECKMATE in a tight race to win the second spot and to read a full account of the race, click here.
