18650 - Part 9 - Opening Gazelle Innergy li-ion battery pack

In this episode I will open a Gazelle Innergy li-ion battery pack. This is a more recent battery and has higher capacity cells in it. The average capacity of the cells salvaged from this battery was about 2250 mah tested on the Opus. And that's times 50!!! Ebike battery packs from more recent bikes have higher capacity cells, so the newer the pack, the higher the possibly tested capacity. Often these battery packs go faulty due to BMS failure. This results in battery packs with 50 good cells.
