Don't freak out.. I'm still fixing up my salvage sailing catamaran, another boat fixing video is almost finished and on they way. I had a chance to go for a nice overnight sail in Seawind 1190 sport. Small Craft Warning, we broke a dagger board - it was awesome. I thought I'd share what I do to avid seasickness. Nothing is worse than getting sea sick.
