Yey!! The moment has arrived! We are assembling our mast!! We are soooo happy!! What we couldn't imagine is the amount of decisions we need to make in every single step of the process. But, slowly it's gaining shape and our boat is almost looking like a sailboat again. 😍⛵️ We’re Duca and Roberta, a Brazilian couple that have bought a 44ft steel sailboat (Dinieper Tropic 1200) that was abandoned on the hard for 22 years in Guarujá, Brazil. We are on the mission of refitting her to travel the world taking our house with us! Before we found our dream boat we had another cool project: we were building our Tiny Shipping Container House by ourselves, without any prior experience to be our land base in our hometown, Florianópolis (Brazil).
