“Wahoowa” is an extremely well maintained 2019 Back Cove Downeast 37. She has been cruised minimally, as her humble engine hour meter can attest (406 hrs on Main and 276 hrs on Genset). She is very well equipped with all the necessary electronics and features (Plotter, Radar, Autopilot, Bow and stern thrusters, Genset, Air Conditioning & Heat, dinghy on removable davit system, cockpit SureShade telescoping awning, and custom centerline mattress.) The well designed one-level cockpit cabin sole offers an over-sized open area for a variety of uses. 3-Piece stamoid drop curtains enclose the pilothouse during cold (or hot) snaps or can be rolled up opening the entire area to lounging, dining or to carry water toys. “Wahoowa” conveys with a Paddle Board, Dinghy and Torqueto motor, 2-folding Dahon bikes, BBQ grill, 6 folding chairs and two cockpit tables. In terrific turn-key condition, this Back Cove Downeast 37 is new to the market and will not last long. A great alternative to the wait of building a new boat! Ep 68 – Replacing the Vent Fan and Adding the cockpit table Sailing Free Spirit Finding more projects on the boat to make her water tight and comfortable. Today we replace a broken and leaky vent fan that currently leaks into the aft head and we found the cockpit table and get that installed for the evening when we are out there eating, drinking and relaxing or maybe Andy’s airhorns to honk at all the boaters going by who don’t observe the no wake zone. You know I have to have a place to put snacks and some of the yummy goodness we all enjoy! Ep 88 - Dinghy & Dogs Sailing Free Spirit Today we start breaking in the new dinghy and take the dogs for a ride. Since it’s still nice enough in the water (at least for the dogs) we figured that we would take them to the ever popular One Tree Island. This is a shallow island with a seashell floor. The water tends to be pretty clear as well. We cruise and travel with our 3 fur-babies. They are: Pumpkin, Black Lab, age: 7 yrs; Kobe (bear), Golden Retriever, age: 4 yrs; (King) George, King Charles Caviler Spaniel, Age 4. All financial contributions (or items purchased on Amazon) are tax deductible for your US income tax returns for full face and/or retail value.
