Haydens Haven is a 2008 Carver Super Sport 43 in excellent condition! Very low engine hours (Port 189 hours, Starboard 174 hours, Generator 217 hours), meticulously maintained, and always operated in freshwater.  She has twin Volvo 8.1L gas engines with 375HP each and onboard Kohler 10KW generator.  The twin engines along with the Bow & Stern thrusters and a back up camera make docking her a breeze! She features two staterooms and two full heads, each with a stand alone shower. Upgrades done in 2021 Bottom job completed using high grade ablative paint including all running gear (propellers, shafts and rudders) Fuel tanks and lines drained  and flushed Replaced all fuel injectors with new ones in both engines Installed new remote controlled spotlight on bow of boat All 12 volt batteries were replaced Installed new Simrad navigation, depth finder, fish finder and radar. This is a quick interior and exterior tour of our 2012 Beneteau Oceanis 48. It has a length overall (LOA) of 14.6 m or 47’11” and a beam of 4.74 m or 15’7”. Ours has the shoal draft keel which draws 1.96 m or 6'5". Displacement with the shoal draft keel and roller furling mainsail is 13,104 kg or 28,889 lb. The Beneteau Oceanis 48 can be configured with 2, 3, 4 or even 5 cabins. Our 48 is configured with three cabins, two heads and positions the galley to port. One cool feature unique to the 48 over the 45 is the master head and shower configuration. They are separate with the head compartment to port, the shower to starboard and the sink on the centreline. This means someone showering isn't occupying the head at the same time. Our Oceanis 48 is powered by a 75 HP Yanmar 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine muted to an SD 50 sail drive. We have sailed her at close to 10 knots in about 20 knots of wind.

Join us this week for a detailed tour of our 1989 built Gib'Sea 402. She is a 12.4m (40ft 8inch) masthead sloop sailing yacht, with a 3.8m (12ft 5inch) beam, and a 2.0m (6ft 6inch) draft. We have fitted her out so that we can live self-sufficiently for as long as possible occasionally needing to visit a marina to top up with water, fuel and food! As long as its sunny we generate all our own power, with 700W of solar panels, and 7,200Wh of LiFePO4 lithium batteries. We use a 3,000W inverter on board, which enables us to remove gas from our boat - all cooking is electrical. We also have a 2,200W generator as backup for the cloudy days.
