Talk about being SHOCKED! My neighbor SURPRISED me with a gift that he got while free diving in front of our home. He saw me firing up the grill for some steak and thought he would go free diving to turn my dinner into a "surf and turf". He walked straight out of the ocean and up to my lanai and proceeded to clean it right there! I have never cooked an octopus before so I asked him how and he gave me some quick tips and then handed it to me. When I put the Octopus into the boiling pot of water it began to move. Then when I put the salt in the water it moved even more. It was trippy! Knowing what I know now, I will certainly try a few things different to help get the meat to be more tender. Pasar por debajo de un puente a vela siempre es algo emocionante. También lo es en nuestro querido Gran Nergha, un Jeanneau Sun Odissey 51.9. El puente de Rande es un icono en la Ría de Vigo. Pasar por debajo implica dificultad, sobre todo si en el día que has elegido sopla viento fuerte. Está situado en el estrecho de Rande y esto hace que el viento se encañone, aumentando su intensidad y rolando en la periferia. A mí me gusta la acción.
