In this video we show the condition of the bulkheads on a Seaway 25 after 44 years and the dangers of not checking them. This Seaway like many over the years had its Port bulkhead which was a 1/2 bulkhead that connected to the centreboard case to support it, removed to allow easier access internally. A quick look at the layout in the floor panel that houses the watermaker through-hull and the various hoses used to pickle the watermaker (stabilize the membrane for extended periods of non-use). The clear hoses are extra long and coiled in this storage area so that nothing else is needed except a bucket contained the mixed pickling solution.
