We are finally here! We have moved onto our sailboat CUBA and we are slowly getting her ready to sail as far as the winds allow us. Just the two of us: Enrique aka Kiki from Cuba and Sarah aka Salsa from Germany and our furry crew. We are setting out adventurizing, shananiganing and learning as we sail through the Mediterranean to – hopefully – cross the Atlantic next year and then circumnavigate the world. With an open mind, a fresh set of eyes and good vibes in tow we are steadily on the move. Last week Slava and I visited Riga in Latvia to film Latitude Yachts amazing catamaran “LANIAKEA”. These guys really know what they are doing, having also successfully completed two very cool but very unusual 53m trimarans called “Galaxy” and “Galaxy of Happiness”…maybe you’ve seen them! It was a great opportunity to outline the process for constructing such an ambitious project!
