We are finally here! We have moved onto our sailboat CUBA and we are slowly getting her ready to sail as far as the winds allow us. Just the two of us: Enrique aka Kiki from Cuba and Sarah aka Salsa from Germany and our furry crew. We are setting out adventurizing, shananiganing and learning as we sail through the Mediterranean to – hopefully – cross the Atlantic next year and then circumnavigate the world. With an open mind, a fresh set of eyes and good vibes in tow we are steadily on the move. Tara Pacheco and Berta Betanzos (ESP) won the Women's 470 World Championship at the 2011 ISAF Worlds and subsequently qualified their nation to the London 2012 Olympic Sailing competition. The pair will be one of the favourites to take Olympic gold and Pacheco is looking forward to the Olympics.
