Discover our persuasive juicy turkey recipe for Thanksgiving, perfect for small ovens like on a sailboat. Get tips from Army vets' adventures, plus easy sides. Watch our Bayahibe trip video tomorrow! Spotlight on Our Juicy Turkey Recipe: The Star of Your Table Let's get to the heart—our juicy turkey that's "the bomb," as we say in the video. No more overcooked disappointments; this method locks in moisture for tender, flavorful results. Start with a 10-12 pounder (perfect for small ovens like ours). Brine it overnight in a mix of salt, herbs, and a splash of apple cider vinegar—persuasive hack: it tenderizes without overpowering. Pat dry, rub with garlic butter infused with rosemary and thyme, then roast at 325°F, basting every 30 minutes. For that crispy skin, finish under the broiler. Sides? Pair with our Roasted Tex Mex Broccoli or Cucumber Pico de Gallo for fresh contrast. Why push this recipe? Because in our boat life, space and time are limited, yet we deliver feasts that wow. Danielle's spice combos, featured in Dining in with Danielle, elevate basics. We've tested it post-Halloween bashes, and it always steals the show. Persuade skeptics: Try it once, and it'll be your go-to. Full details on our site—link up with Easy Meals for more no-fuss ideas. Imagine the compliments: "How'd you make it so juicy?" You'll know the secret. Holiday Hacks from Sailboat Living Sailing teaches efficiency—apply it to Thanksgiving. Our oven handles a 10-pounder max, so we scale smart: use sheet pans for sides like Cheesy Zucchini Steaks. Persuasive tip: Prep ahead. Chop veggies day before, marinate the turkey—frees you for family time. From our Weekly Recipes, grab Dill Cilantro Cheese Ball as an app to keep hunger at bay. We vlog these realities: storms, DIYs like Installing SeaWater Pro Water Maker, and now holiday prep. It's persuasive living—turn constraints into strengths. Hope your Halloween was great; now channel that energy into November wins. The hull was built between 1984 y 1987. Commissioned in1988. In its life, the boat had approximately five owners and only sailed in the Med.

Check their Facebook Page out and follow their adventures here: https://www.facebook.com/SailingDektos Listen to more of their story here ➡︎ ➡︎. https://youtu.be/-K4Ehi6SSEw =========================== Transcript: Once we had narrowed down 15-20 listings we picked 3. Nick organised everything with the brokers and the charter companies and the people on the ground to go see the boats. In one trip he stopped at three different marinas and basically in a weekend he had shown me, took video tours of the boats. Very thorough went through every compartment with me taking videos. Showed everything. I felt like I knew the boat before I even showed up after we made the decision. The drone shots of the rigging were fantastic. We nixed one boat right off the top. Just wasn't interested in it. Too much, too much going on with it. And then it was a real close tie between the two remaining boats. When we finally picked our boat and we submitted the offer we went back through and watched that video at least 20 times at least 20 times! =========================== ⛵️ ⛵️ Looking to buy a yacht in Croatia?
