It felt that our sailing season was cut short. We just took delivery of “Moments in Time” back in April and now she is already laid up for the winter. A colder than normal November and December forced us to put our Seawind 1260 into hibernation. I hope next year we will wise up and simply sail south when the November winds come a calling. Deep into the rudder project and we need a long fairing board to sand the blade. There's no point buying one as we don't intend to use it that often (fingers 🤞) and they are quite heavy so what's the solution? Use some scraps of foam and staple the sanding paper to it. Works a treat, didn't cost us anything and it is uper light weight. Winning 👍
