It felt that our sailing season was cut short. We just took delivery of “Moments in Time” back in April and now she is already laid up for the winter. A colder than normal November and December forced us to put our Seawind 1260 into hibernation. I hope next year we will wise up and simply sail south when the November winds come a calling. Pour le chantier !!… Pas évident quand il faut prendre un rdv bien à l’avance et qu’il faut également une fenêtre météo pour pouvoir s’y rendre ! Mais nous avons eu de la chance. Départ le lundi en début d’après midi, navigation jusqu’au Frioul, et arrivée de nuit, départ le lendemain matin, un peu de voile et un peu d’attente pour sortir. Au final, une sortie sans encombre et on finira en mode Pékin express pour revenir jusqu’à Toulon ! 😅 Une bonne chose de faite, maintenant y a un peu de boulot !
