It felt that our sailing season was cut short. We just took delivery of “Moments in Time” back in April and now she is already laid up for the winter. A colder than normal November and December forced us to put our Seawind 1260 into hibernation. I hope next year we will wise up and simply sail south when the November winds come a calling. Sailstar sails Laser at Tenerife. First day sailing this year, windy and huge waves and so much fun. Sailstar arranges trainings and basic courses at Tenerife. We have Lasers, RS Aeros, RS Zest and RS Neo here. Location is San Miguel Marina, where we have our nice sailing club.

His mission is to redefine his cooking style, taking it back to the traditional way of Italian cooking. In every episode he will try to please his guests but also impress his captain, something which seems impossible.
