Eine Kuchenbude ist ein Cockpitverdeck, das wie ein Zelt den nutzbaren Raum an Bord vergrößert. Sie schützt vor Wind, Regen und Wetter – sogar während der Fahrt – und macht das Cockpit zum trockenen Steuerstand oder gemütlichen Treffpunkt.
