Think you’re having a bad day? At least your brake booster isn't filled with soda! 🥤 We are DIYing our 1973 VW Bus repairs after a shop quoted us $16,000. We’re doing the whole job for about $4,000 because ladies have to learn too! Today we pulled the brake booster and found a nasty surprise. Two things to remember about brakes: There should be ZERO fluid in your brake booster. Brake fluid is supposed to be clear/yellow... ours looks like straight Coca-Cola. If you love vintage Volkswagens, DIY repairs, or just watching a couple of seniors save a ton of money by getting their hands dirty, hit that SUBSCRIBE button! 🛠️🚌 #VWBus #1973VWBus #BrakeRepair #DIYMechanic #ClassicCar #Volkswagen #LadiesWhoWrench #Restoration
We took Arabella to Boca Grande for a week to get some boat work done...but we had to spend some time adventuring, too. We paddle boarded over to Three Sisters Island, took Victoria out sailing (after repairing her transom), wandered around the "Old Florida" back roads, had lunch at the Pink Flamingo, and tried all the tasty treats! Even Akiva got to devour a "pup cup" from the local food truck... Want more? Steve began the journey as an amateur wooden boat builder crafting a 38' wooden sailboat in his backyard: designer William Atkin's Ingrid with a Stormy Petrel's gaff rig. These videos follow the journey from tree felling, to lumber milling, to lofting, to the lead keel pour and now sailing the boat—sharing details of the woodworking, carpentry, metal smithing, tool building, and tool maintenance that traditional wooden boats command. This ultimate DIY project continues beyond the boat shop, as Steve and crew travel and learn to cruise aboard the handmade wooden boat that they've built. Just kidding about all that, this channel is about a Siberian Laika named Akiva. -------------------------- If you are interested in supporting/helping here are a few ways: https://www.acorntoarabella.com/how-to-help Acorn to Arabella's wishlist: https://www.acorntoarabella.com/wishlistpriority TotalBoat supports A2A! #MaseratiMulti70 Sito web: https://maserati.soldini.it/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/giovannisoldini/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/giovanni_soldini/ Twitter: https://www.twitter.com/giovannisoldini/ Live tracking: https://maserati.soldini.it/live-tracking/
