What have in your sail bag for a day of Sailing?

Hello Everyone, Remember always ask the skipper for suggestions on what to bring. This video is about what to put in your sail bag for a day of either cruising or a day sailboat racing. I have included in my bag a light jacket and or a vest. You are also going to need sunblock and a pair of gloves preferably a pair of sailing gloves.
