We motor four hours back to the busy port of Denarau, where shifting winds and building gusts leave several boats dragging anchor. It's a good reminder that when the weather turns, having enough time to recognize a problem and take action can make all the difference. We talk about the importance of anchor alarms and show you how we're using ours to keep an eye on things. With a weather window to depart approaching, it's time to get Sabado ready for another offshore passage. We sort through our food supplies, tackle mountains of paperwork, and share a sneak peek at the custom weather-routing application we've been building ourselves. After trying plenty of existing options and finding that none quite met our needs, we decided to build our own!
