Last week we broke ground — literally — starting the massive job of trenching for power and water. Now, in this episode, we’re finishing that work, backfilling, and laying down gravel for the first time. It’s a huge step forward — the property suddenly feels more livable and more real than ever before. But with that progress comes some growing pains. I’ve been pushing hard to get everything ready on my own, and I’m starting to realize I might need to bring in help if we’re going to keep the momentum going.
