We begin out journey towards the Ionion via Dokos and Poros.

We finally have had enough waiting to get around the Peloponnese due to weather issues and with the Corinth Canal opening up from its winter closure, we being to head that way. First stop is the small island of Dokos a few hours sail from Porto Cheli, at this anchorage we have one of the best sleeps so far on the boat and the water was so flat calm is was heaven. The next day we reluctantly pull up the anchor and head of to one of the main towns in the Saronic Gulf, Poros!
