Using Halyard locks on our Carbon Rig

Another informative video filmed mostly at the top of our modified AC rig on a blustery 20+KT day! We've worked a lot on sound editing and video quality so hopefully you will enjoy this next YB update. Have you come across a halyard lock before? Do you have one on your boat already? This little gadget we are installing is for our inner forestay. It's cool because we can add or remove the sail completely depending on requirements. The other bonus is that it does not take up valuable clutch real estate. We think it's also relevant to show that the installation process did not go to plan. Shayne had originally cut the slot for the lock before having received the piece and of course it did not fit. Lucky for us our man has a few tricks up his sleeve to avoid a potential disaster!
