Training A Grinder to Power the AC75

The AC75 is a new breed of Cup boat and it is powered by a new breed of sailor. Of the eleven sailors onboard, eight are tasked with “grinding”. They are the engine room and generate the hydraulic power needed to make these boats fly. So, what’s it take to become a grinder?
