This Hole Can Sink Our Boat!! #sailMalaysia S7 EP4

Season 7 Episode 4 Every boat owner's worst nightmare is their boat sinking. Seacocks and through-hulls can corrode without your knowledge and risk breaking when out at sea. In today's video, we inspect our seacocks and through-hulls only to find that the through-hulls have fully corroded. We used a custom tool that we had made in order to remove all 7 of our through-hulls without damaging our hull. We then measured them with a digital calliper, cleaned and lubricated them with Marine Lubricant XCP. New Groco through hulls have been ordered and we hope to get this sailboat launched soon.
