The Teeniest TINIEST island adventure ever!!!!

Today we are making The Jasmine Cocktail and bringing it to the beach. It's a modern day cocktail...created in California in the 1990s by a guy named Paul Harrington. He named the drink after his college friend, Matt Jasmin, who challenged Paul to "Make me something you've never made before." If you've ever had the classic Pegu Club cocktail- it's similar in spirit (no pun intended) to that. The reefs are healthy and full of curious, cute sea life. So how to make the Jasmine: 3/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice 1 & 1/2 oz London Dry gin 1/4 oz Campari 1/6 oz simple syrup Shake, shake!
