Most challenges of the cruising lifestyle can be overcome through knowledge and preparation. But when it comes to missing our families back home, there's nothing like a little one-on-one time. Ma’s Apricot Upside Down Cake Preheat oven to 325F Melt butter on stove in the same pan you'll put in the oven - I used a standard stainless pie dish.
