The BAD Apple - A Catamaran Cocktails Original Recipe. How do you feel about KEFIR??

Hey guys!! Ryan says hi....but to say that the last few weeks has been busy is a complete understatement. He approved of this cocktail, though! He enjoyed the drink AND the creativity. I (Lauren) am feeling pretty proud at the moment for my creation of the Bad Apple :)) Kefir is fermented and it's a unique taste. It isn't always just from coconut milk or water...it can be made from other kinds of milk. I was vegan for three years and grew to love kefir, along with many other raw, and fermented foods, so coming up with this recipe was natural for me because I know how fermented flavors work...Ryan on the other hand *probably* would have been stumped.
