Tether your stuff!!

Just a short discussion on tethering things to the boat and using floats. The video shows me tethering the outboard emergency cutoff switch (ECOS) key...the ECOS is NOT required to be attached to the operator when: 1) outboard is capable of less than 115 lbs of static thrust (mine is 70 lbs) 2) When the vessel is not operated on a plane or above displacement speed 3) When docking or operating in no wake zones
