Quick 20-minute look around the boat today. I’ve just come out of a reset — slept 12 hours after pushing through 48 awake — and I’m starting to shift into an Atlantic rhythm. Nights active, days flexible. Getting ready to go solo again. We’re now in the final phase. Next four days: everything gets finished.
