Down in South Africa, they have a great minced beef dish called Bobotie. (Afrikaans: [bəˈbuəti]). This dish is a spiced minced beef dish with a creamy coating of milk and eggs before baking. I know, I know, it sounds odd, but it is one of the best things I have tried in quite some time.
