We have a Volvo Penta md 2030 and had troubles anytime we ran it over 1700 rpms. Saltwater would mix with our freshwater cooling system, the overflow tank would fill instantly and proceed to flow into the boat. This is a diy troubleshooting process that ends in success! Then we meet a hotttt couple who recently bought a boat and they take us out for a beautiful sunset cruise.
