Perry designed boats perform well under sail and the Seamaster 46 is no exception. She has an easily driven hull design with fuller aft sections which aid when motoring. When under power, her 85 HP diesel effortlessly pushes her along at 8 knots. She has a skeg-hung rudder and a modified fin keel, both ideal for cruising. Copy Cat is an excellent example of this sought after design. She carries 334 gallons of diesel and 400 gallons of water—she truly is a long-range cruiser.
