The fishing here was excellent and we easily filled the fridge with sustainably caught, fresh fish. Solène cooked up a stonking Thai green curry with chunks of fish - absolutely delicious! Exploring the medieval Isle of Sark was a real treat, like stepping back in time a couple of centuries, with horse and carts on dirt roads.
