SI #950 (Tue 1 Sep 2026) — New York YC Commodore Clare Harrington (USA) announced Monday that the Club has asked the New York State Attorney General’s Charities Bureau to examine whether "ACP" — the newly created America's Cup Partnership — can be reconciled with the America's Cup Deed of Gift. That Deed created a charitable trust that has governed the Cup since 1857 when the trophy was first Deeded to NYYC. We'll have the latest on this major development.
