Arriving in FIJI we find ourselves in a marina for the first time since PANAMA, and are grateful for some land based amenities - like HOT SHOWERS!! Nawi Island Marina is the perfect place to wait (several days longer than anticipated) for our cruising permit, allowing us time to explore Savusavu and surrounding areas with friends...think waterfalls, chocolate, and a score from the local market! But... once permission is granted, we're off! And it's a race, sort-of, to the secluded island of Namena where paradise awaits underwater...if only Nate can get the darn dive compressor working....
