Sailing the Exumas the most beautiful place on earth!
In this episode we leave Nassau and head to the Exumas. We arrive at Allen's Cay where we visit Iguana Island, snorkel with beautiful coral and enjoy the perfect turquoise waters. Our next stop is Highborne Cay. We spear fish and snorkel with sharks for the first time. We sail to Norman Island to dive on the sunken Pablo Escobar's plane crash. We spend the night anchored there and then head to Shroud Cay. We catch a mooring ball for the first time, success, and then visit the Shroud Cay River. Our next big sailing stop is Wardrick Wells. We hike BoBo Hill, place our Banana Pancakes sign on top with all the others and then continue our hike getting lost a few time. That night we let the boys tow eachother behind the dingy for the first time, but not the last. We enjoy the sunset in one of the most beautiful anchorages around. Not a soul anchored next to us it was a dream come true. Then I (mom) got ready for the kids Halloween candy hunt on the boat. It wasn't trick or treating, but it was a blast! The boys enjoyed watching the sharks swim around our boat to end the night.
