Our recommendation: Considering how easy access to both Paros and Mykonos is - either flying from Athens (40 minutes) or taking one of the multiple daily ferries from Athens, Santorini as well as most of the other islands in the Cyclades archipelago (2-4 hours), we consider that starting in the heart of the archipelago offers the best possible experience.
