Sailing Saoirse - we finally get to EXPLORE after 8 months of working on Saoirse☀️🌼

We almost got eaten by a seal! In this weeks episode we take you through our few days of relaxation. We get in the car and drive with no destination besides the plan to “just follow the flowers” 🌸🌼 The Western Capes flower season is just beginning and we decided that after moving to Saldanha we all needed a little bit of down time. We take three days off to just chill and do some exploring. Colben and Teagan decided to book flights back to Ballito to go and visit the in-laws. With them leaving about 5 days after us moving to Saldanha, we used those few days to try and find some of the wild flowers that were beginning to bloom all along the West Coast. We didn’t find as many as we were hoping for but after a few hours in the car we came across a canola field that we had to go play in! 🌼🌼🌼 There is still a lot of work to do on Saoirse so Robin, Karen and Denver will be carrying on with that while Colben and Teagan head home to try and earn some money. With being stuck in lockdown and not being able to cross the Atlantic as soon as we had hoped, their funds had depleted so they have decided to head home for a month or two to try to replenish their purse. While we were sitting in Teagan’s cabin watching a very chilled seal do his slow circuit between the hulls of Saoirse, Karen decided that giving him a loving petting would be a good idea 💡WELL, let’s just say - never rub a seal the wrong way 😟🤭 Saoirse still has a lot of carpentry, electrical and paint finishing that will still have to be done over the next few weeks so we will be keeping you up to date with our latest work in the upcoming videos. ⚓ PATREON: https://www.patreon.com/sailingsaoirse We hope you enjoy our video and don’t forget to subscribe to see where the wind eventually takes us.
